2. Products and Access

When you purchase The Digital Fix, you receive:

  • Lifetime access to The Digital Fix Framework Guide (PDF)
  • Lifetime access to the Templates Bundle (5 spreadsheets)
  • Lifetime access to the Video Walkthroughs
  • Access to Coachi AI within the members portal

Access is granted through the members portal after payment is confirmed. You will receive a login link via email.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days at support@thedigitalfix.co and we will issue a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in The Digital Fix — guides, templates, videos, and AI responses — is owned by The Digital Fix. You may use the materials for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others.

5. Coachi AI

Coachi AI is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you implement The Digital Fix framework. While Coachi provides helpful guidance, it is not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice. Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each purchase grants access to one user. Sharing account access is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Digital Fix provides educational materials and tools. We do not guarantee specific business results. Your results depend on your effort, circumstances, and implementation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
